    Does Alienware work on Sundays?

    my m15x just got on phase 6 today(saturday) and I am wandering if they work on sunday. I am thinking that from phase 6 to 9 it should go by pretty fast like within a day. So maybe they will work on Sunday and ship it!

    No, they don't work on Sundays nor Saturdays :( only support does.

    They advertised on their website 24/7 customer service but dont try to call them after hours or on weekends because you are better off trying to contact Prime Minister Australia or the President of USA.

    The tech support is 24/7 as far as I know.. once I called after 11PM and I was able to talk to someone.

    Also, the rest of the customer service finishes at 6PM I think, in the UK at least. So if you call after 6, one of the tech support agents will pick up the phone even if you select any of the options.

    i also had a few problems over the weekend.
    you go through the options and press for technical support that is supposed to be 24/7 but on 3 occasions it just went to an answer machine.
