Did you disable HybridSLI in the BIOS? If you did then it won't come up.

Enable BOTH Hybrid and Integrated graphics in BIOS. Then run the installation.
If the previous version of the driver was not removed correctly, I suggest running CCleaner and removing it entirely. Then run the new one again.

The driver you are using is not recognizing your hardware (GPU).

Which driver version are you trying to install and where did you download it from?

Will also be helpful if you create a signature or post your system specs... Will be able to troubleshoot this a bit more with that info.

Missed your youtube video at first. But it looks like you need to use your respawn DVD and restore the system to factory defaults.
Also, could you give us some more details?
When did the problem start? What changes were done to the system (drivers, apps etc). If it was like this from the very beginning and restore will not help - it might be a hardware issue - call Dell.

If you don't have that DVD, you can backup your saves/and other important files created during the last month and then run System Restore (click Start, type it in the search box) and pick the date before the issue started.

Then I'd go the long road - fresh install...
Before that however, I would run a full scan with your updated antivirus, just in case. That video looks like there might be even a virus problem (slim chance).

If no one has any ideas? ......
Then boot from your vista cd and install it You can either Repair the existing system (by installing over it. That's what I'd normally do) or install a fresh copy formatting the HDD. In any case backup your data prior doing so.

i would disable the device under computer management, uninstall all video drivers, then go to nvidia.com and get the most up to date drivers for the gtx260.

    http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us

this SHOULD be the appropriate download for your geforce 200 series set for vista 64-bit

    http://www.nvidia.com/object/win7_winvista_64bit_195.62_whql.html

or choose to auto-ditect your system for drivers, which in the case is probably a bad idea.

if not.... ya id suggest a fresh re-format of the HDD then a fresh install... maybe even get Win7! ^^;...

You can use your Resource DVD to install all the applications (youcam should be there as well), download and install the latest version of Command Center, run it and in the FX Editor you can play with color themes.
