Ok, I am Vista native. I made an unallocated partition with about 96gigs. I tried Installing windows and it did great until it had to restart and boot up into the Windows XP logo. Before it got there It was a black screen and it said "failed to find OS" or something close to that. Is there any reason why it did that? Any help is appreciated...

The best way to install xp and vista. Is format both partions. Install xp Pro frist. Then install vista on the secondary partion.

So the Main Bootup is Vista. Then when you want xp you use up arrow key and hit enter.
