So I was checking around my computer but didn't see anything, I've been experiencing some problems with certain apps and the alien desktop gui theme that I turned on when I got my computer, is there any way to turn it off?

If you're referring to AlienGuise, I had issues with it as well. Use it to reverrt back to the Windows Standard Settings and uninstall.
