Hi all, I just wanted to know if anyone has had issues getting their service tags to show up on their dell account if ordered through EPP? I had customer service find my service tag today and activate it, but I still cannot view it online. Does anyone else have any suggestions on who I can talk to, so that I can view my service tag details online? Thanks!

I entered mine into my account (my systems and peripherals) and it shows my system.

I still have to call on this one myself. The service tag number is unrecognizable on Dell's website. It doesn't matter where I enter it. -

I can't use chat, but at least I was able to see my parts/warranty details

Same here Mandrake. Even after they "activated" my service tag. I am afraid that may cause issues in the future.
That's odd. Maybe tomorrow for me since they "activated" my tag today. *crossing fingers* -
