    i see AW are on the ball again after just sending me an email thanking me for my recent AW purchase and asking me to fill out their on line feedback questionaire.

    are you really sure you want me to do that AW???? :eek:

    firstly my recent purchase of an AW m15x was from 9th March 2008 (yes almost a year ago) ad it was returned for a full refund 19 days later.

    me thinks its time to update your records again. :D

    I don’t believe anything was hacked, gotten the same email before from them on different systems.

    The point being if you have a beef with them or their products here is your chance to maybe make a difference. Write a well thought out comment is your best bet to get an response, I find the wth, , bs, comments get little attention whereas the here is my concern, disappointment or dissatisfaction with my purchase.

    Now weather they do something about these surveys that’s up to them… ;)

    It could also just be lost emails in their outgoing email queue that have been trying to be sent properly for over a year and with a reboot of the mailserver they did? This isnt rocketscience :p.
