To be honest, voting won't bring AW to Portugal if the corporation doesn't see that as profitable. What you should aim at is some foreign support, e.g. being able to order abroad, e.g. in Spain. There is this new rep on the forum, Rachid based in Marocco. Did you try contacting him? Maybe he can help you out somehow.

My goal was never to bring AW to Portugal, I merely wanted to be able to order from Dell Spain. I'm pretty sure that shipping a laptop to Lisbon is cheaper than shipping it to some remote parts of Spain.

I remember UK has retail AW stores.

So?

I also want a rep that I can talk too and order from Spain so I can have my m18x
, but I wouldn't matter if Dell was in Portugal, that would be lovely.

So you can go shopping in the UK. Flying's dirt cheap these days. This isn't a bad idea.

There are a few problems though:
1) If AW doesn't have a site here in Portugal, they might not be willing to transfer the warranty here. I surely won't risk 1500 without being 100% sure that I can transfer the warranty here. I chatted with a Portuguese dell rep a while ago who told me that such transfers were NOT possible because the system isn't sold at the target destination.
2) I want a Portuguese keyboard (this is less of a problem; I'd buy such a keyboard from ebay or something). -
Good points. Re warranty, you can always call and ask. There aren't any AW specific technicians. It is always the regular Dell service (with a network of certified technicians around the globe) doing all the service repairs. In other words there is a good chance your AW will be able to be serviced in your country regardless of the fact it is not sold there.
BTW, this is why technicians sometimes fail so badly. They are not Dell employees. They just work on contract for Dell taking care of its service at given location.
Europe needs contact with alienware too
