On a roll with asking questions today lol! Anyway, what's people's experiences with buying refurbished Alienware laptops from dell partnered sellers? Is it a good or bad idea going with this? I've got a few options with what I want to buy however the one I'm leaning towards, would involve me buying a refurbished model from a seller called NDC Laptops which is a part of honeybee limited. Now looking at their website, they list every single laptop as "grade A excellent condition quality" which is a little eye brow raising. Their trustpilot review scores are very bad too however seeing how few of them there are, I'm inclined to think that maybe these are just the odd cases. On ebay however, almost all their scores are positive with a few bad ones here and there.

Anyhow, does anyone have experience with them or of similar companies?
