    Yeah I have been waiting for the laptop, they did not ship my order for the gift certificate given to me until June 12 that was ordered in MAY

    I've received my laptop on the 16th of May. Today is the 25th of May and, since I've received it, I've only been able to fully use my laptop for 2 weeks as I had to send it back for repairs when my GPU started going up to 100C.
    So... ANTI thanks for that Alienware.

    my opinion is that, since AW charge for premium compare to their competitors, customers shouldn't expect less than what sager offer, on both product qualities and customer service.

    i tried to get the m9750 from alienware when released, and the m15x, both were cancelled before even being built because of the delays and issues....i remember they would tell me it will ship in 2 days and 10 days would pass without it even being built...i cancelled after the 36 day mark on the m9750, when it still was in phase 4. So if you have the money for an AW, dont expect to just get one anytime soon

    It seems that promising dates they don't keep is the Modus Operandi of A.W. I have yet to get anything from A.W. even close to when they promise.

    Use caution when critisizing A.W. IMHO, Alienware, to some is like a religion or sports team and they maytake it personally.
