This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Hi all,

    3 week old M15x and Ive just started having issues with the illuminated touch keys above the keyboard not working.

    Searched back on these forums, and sure enough removing the battery and power cord works, but I was wondering if there was a less clunky solution to this issue that i have missed?
