    Where can I get the fast access face recognition software? It was mentioned in the quotation but not preinstalled.

    And I am going to reformat my sytem, so where can I get the soundstage application? It was pre installed but it is not available in My Dell Downloads page

    What Alienware you have? In older models it came with the command center, but new models doesn't have this software

    Wow, I totally forgot about that software. I always disable it with the M17xR2. I don't remember ever seeing the Sound Stage software on any of my Alienware systems. Not sure if or where you can download it. Have you come up empty-handed with a Google search? Maybe they no longer support it.

    I need the FastAccess one. And also another software called StageLight

    That software was crap, as in semi dark rooms it would not be able to render your face.
