Well, my m15x just shipped out today, the only problem is, I cannot find the estimated shipping date. It is usually right there on the tracking status page but this time it seems to be missing. It arrived at one of the shipping facilities but the estimated shipping date has still not displayed. Is this normal?

Did it actually ship, or does it say shipping information was received, if it does, then it really didn't ship out yet.

It was picked up, and then it has arrived at a FedEx location. Does it have to leave that FedEx location first?

it usually has to get to the fedex location and get processed which is why it takes time for the estimated delivery date to pop up relax it will be there in a bit

I've ordered express shipping, so your saying that as soon as AW email you to tell you your odre is shipped, you simply recieve it next day...

I'll have to watch cos of aranging someone to be there to recieve it then...

Don't want it returned or something like that ("¬)

If the estimated arrival date isn't shown, FedEx is having a problem updating your tracking page. Call FedEx 1800GOFEDEX and they can give it over the phone.

i had to do what james told you to do too, it was an annoying experience because alienware and FEDEX both claim that the other one has control of shipping dates, holding at service centers, and reroutes.
