Okay, so Alienware sent me a replacement part along with a fedex's Intra-Canada Air Waybill form, now i need to ship the old part back to them. Now, What do i need to do (i believe i have 5 days to give the box to Fedex before AW charge my CC)?

I'm thinking about scheduling someone from fedex to pickup the box out but before a few things i'd like to know...

    1) What do i do with the airbill after i filled it in? do i need to attach it on the box? or simply give to the fedex pickup guy?

    2) do i need to print any label to stick on the box? because i'm using the same box that Alienware sent me.

    3) on the airbill, it asks me about my fedex account number, but i don't have any fedex account and do i need one to return this package back to AW? There are informations about the recipient that are already filled up by Alienware. (edit: theres already a reference number and tracking number on the airbill)

Forgive me for my ignorance on shipping, this is pretty the first time i'm dealing with RMA stuff.

    Thanks for your help!
