    Hi all

I wish to get your final opinion on the M17x:

Please score the system simply out of 10. this is based upon your practical experience.
    Many thanks in advance.

these kind of polls will never be accurate, because the people that do not even own an M17x and have a distaste for AW products can and will vote low scores just to skew it as i believe has already happened in this case.

I agree, looks like some trolls just throwing up BS scores without even owning the system. I will post my 1-10 score this week when I get my M17x and have time to thoroughly test it out.

    Hi bonbooni,
I seem to remember a similar poll to this a while back. My score is a pretty solid 8.5. It could have easily been a 9 with more current software, and probably a 10 with less glitches. However, very few notebooks qualify as a 10, being that there's always room for improvement.

    Thanks,
    Gabe

What notebooks when they were released qualify as a 10?

I honestly think the MBP 15.4" is the closest a laptop has gotten to a 10 when it was released in the low-end performance category, barring the not removable battery,
Maybe the HP 2140 for the netbook category.
