First hats of to 99% of the members here! I have been reading this forum for sometime, and because of all the advice got a m17x. It has been painless and a joy..bought from Dell Outlet, not a mark on her built like a tank. I'am very pleased with it mostly because of all of you. I set it right up from the posts here and it sails along. Not the high end most of you would pick but realy nice for me and with in budget. It's a Q9100 6g ram1333 with 128 SSD and 500g 7200rpm. Blu-ray player duel 260m cards 1200p screen.
all for 2049.00 I'am happy :D ..again thanks for all you guys do and put up with here..

Thanks I finds this forum to be very fun and friendly also.

This IS a great place to learn and make informed consumer choices. Gallardos, I to have the ASUS G60jx, I have been thinking about doing a comprehensive review but I no longer have a stock system to compare with. Would you be interested in running some benchmarks, posting screens, and recording temps for a stock ASUS G60jx?

I think it would be a great laptop review, highlighitng the basic system and the bored out model with warrenty killing mods.
Let me know if this interest you

Congrats on your system, Alienwolf. Great that you love it.
Don't worry about the specs, the machine has to fulfill your wishes only, and it looks like a winner to me!
    Enjoy it.
