If you have been treated badly or think of their staff as unknowledgeable or unhelpful do I have a surprise for you. I had to install a new keyboard because mine shipped with a broken key, I was able to complete this due to the patience of a very cool, and helpful cs rep. Below is my email to them enjoy.

My experiences have been good as well..Out of 12 calls one experience was bad. Again I'm a more recent customer like you so I'm pretty sure AW has made reforms to the level of their CS since they got that unbelievable wave of BBB complaints last year. Also I was wondering if anyone knew if Roswell, though I've never had to use them is still in business or did DELL shut that down??? Thx for the story tho Poly

I'm in the "good cs" camp as well. Had a motherboard go bad on my m3200. Even though it was 2 1/2 years old at the time, it went door-to-door and back in my hands in under a week.

Same here. I dealt with the Roswell Team. My illuminated keyboard quit working and they sent another out immediately. I used their box and pre-paid shipping label to send the old one back. Great experience with my M17 in general. Owner since November 23rd.
