Firstly, the link you provided is a personal blog, not the most credible thing in the world.

Secondly, in the blog itself, it states that a JAPANESE version of DirectX was found on the system.

And lastly, software is installed at the factories as a drive image. Quite frankly, you don't need to know how you speak English to do it. The only skill required (if any) is that you have to hit F12.

Let's cool it on the racism, yes?

Well, given that the lawsuit was in 2006, I'd assume that it's resolved by now.

Edit: Post in response to #7 (next one).

    I don't see any spams/trolls/flames/personal attacks/fights/accusations

We're just discussing why things don't work and why the lawsuits came to be. It's called constructive criticism.

Delete your post if you want *shrug*

It seems to be very hard to carry out any form of discussion without this happening nowadays. I can't even voice my opinion on Mac vs PC or AMD vs Intel anymore without being accused a troll or w/e.

If you don't like the thread topic, don't post in the thread! Simple as that. Threatening to delete your thread is a terrible threat, nobody cares if you do it or not. It isn't like you provided a huge amount of important information anyways, no offense.
