Hey I have an original m15x and just recently did a clean install of windows 7 x64bit about a week or so ago and one thing I noticed was that my hdmi port doesn't work. Also, it seems as if my computer is booting with the integrated gpu instead of my nvidia gpu (i think that may be why the hdmi isn't working) any help would be greatly appreciated. (also, I haven't installed any alienware software such as: command center...)

check in the bios and see if there is an option for the GPU, also check the alienware for any drivers or software you maybe missing.
