I've been using that for a while (started with the closed beta) and it is pretty slick. The only thing I have not liked about it is the system tray launches it (instead of NVIDIA Control Panel) by default.

There was a thread about it in the gaming section a while back, and people seemed frustrated that it wasn't working correctly with certain games (I believe BF3 was the main example)

It only identifies 9 of my 78 Steam games. I suspect it relies on a database and only supports the games for which there are settings for a specific GPU and game combination in the database. It's a beta product, so we can expect it to have some bugs.

We have to remember that gaming laptops are not as common as gaming desktops. Those with dual-GPU are even less common. Whatever database this application uses may have limited information for laptops compared to what it might have to support desktop GPUs.

I cannot get it to optimize Crysis 2. It sees Crysis 2 and tells me what the optimized settings should be for 680M SLI, but it does not have an "Optimize" button. It does not recognize my current settings. Relaunching the game and playing doesn't help it. The other 8 games it does fine with for 680M SLI, including BF3. In spite of its limitations, it's still a pretty slick application.

Anything that can help raise the bar in PC gaming is good but this sort of solution is a band aid for a larger issue, with the likes of the XBOX and PS4 wanting to have a 10 year cycle something has to be done.
