    Other than just making sure your order is complete, you could check for touch button responsiveness, any scratches or damage in general to the chassis and... not really sure what else. Minus some X-Fi Xpress Card installation issues, everything was cool for me out of the box.

    I just updated mine to 64bit after getting ram from newegg. follow that guide to exactly how it says, you'll be smiling forever.

    Stupid Question: We got 32 bit version of vista whit AW. Did we have to buy a upgrade from Microsoft for 64 bit ..?
