I have NO IDEA if this will improve your order, but I recommend we all try!

Proving them with your order nos and customer nos.

Guys, the domain is "@dell.com". Not a scam.

 

Tee hee, people think *REMOVED* and other ones all go to some where, they all dump into the same basic "escalations" inbox. They will get you attention though, but it's not any different then if you sent a letter to the escalations department.

Company directors/CEOs/etc almost never have e-mail addresses that follow the same design as standard employees. The companies I work for definitely do not.

 

Give it a shot, but dont expect much. The only way an escalation can really help is if your order is delayed due to backlog. IE the parts are all here, the factory is in full swing and your order is just delayed because there are so many others in front of you. In that case an escalation may get you pushed up (and others pushed back). But here, where the manufacturing facility most likely hasnt even ramped up yet, its not going to help.

Of course, if you get escalated it may push you to the front of the line when they do actually start building.

 

Zlog is correct. There is no way Michael Dell even cares if your $4,500 All Powerful M17x can play YouTube properly or not

Board of Director cares about stock price, balance sheet, net profit... not our orders

 

It worked for me last year, got a phone call from surjay corporates rep in india the day after an email

had system replaced

 

I've used the Michael Dell address everytime I have a major problem. Tech support over the phone never fixes the issue and drives me insane. That email address always gets a prompt response and usually takes care of it.

 

Folks, please do not post personal email addresses (drop box type are fine). If you find a publically available email address, link to it's webpage - otherwise do not post it.
