I just got back my M15x about 4 days ago, sent it in for hinge repair and stealth mode. Now I check and I see that stealth mode is always running, it doesnt go off. I spoke to Alienware and finally came to a conclusion that I have to send it in again. I jsut got it back 4 days ago! Do you people understand that? Is that normal? This is going to be my 3rd time sending it in. I spoke to the manager at alienware and let him and said " Do you guys have monkeys repairing the laptops?" So annoying I hate this company they are a joke. Do not buy Alienware PLEASE!

This is your second post here on the same issue.

I'm sure asking them if they have monkeys repairing the laptops will help.

Have you tried using the links I provided you in your other post to contact Alienware Armando or Alienware Rose?

They are here to help and have assisted a lot of people.

Sorry to hear about this. I just got my m15x back today, and the hinge was fixed just the way I wanted, and my lappy runs just fine.
