    Are the Graphics card and processor in m15x upgradable ? if so which online webstall sells them ?

    Processor is PM55, in a ZIF socket.
    Graphics Card is MXM 3.0 Type B.

    None of these components are soldered on.

    A quick ebay on these stuff and u may hit something. Some have changed their 260m to 280m.

    In short, yes they are upgradeable, as long as the Power requirement is met, as well as the socket type.

    A quick note:

    Graphics card has 65w Power supply, Processor power supply unknown.
