Hello ladies and gents. My question to you is that I have a graphics amp that runs with my alienware r5 17. I have a evga rtx 2080ti ftw3 running in the amp. Thw promblem is when I have everything hooked when I turn on my laptop and it starts to boot I end up getting the blue screen. Now when I unhook the amp and boot up the laptop everything is fine. After the laptop boots and I open windows then I plug the amp in the computer switches over to my external monitor and everything works great. My only promblem is when I have it all hooked up then I turn on the laptop I get the blue screen

Make sure you use the undocking button on the to dock and undock. Also first time setup you need to have the computer booted all the way up then connect the amp. it will prompt for a restart then for from there. (this is what i found that worked best for my AW17 r3 until it died..
