Hi guys I just wanted to let you know about my experience and that if you are interested in buying the Dell/Alienware M17x to ask for "Apeksha Anand" Ext70842 and buy it through her, and yes I have her explicit permission to use her name here, and I must recommend her for all the work she has done and all the help she has given me and all the money she has saved me.

I have to say she is one of the greatest reps I have ever dealt with in any company, she is very pleasant and polite, she has worked extremely hard to make me happy. When I received my M17x the price had dropped 200.00$ three days before I got it, I spoke to three reps who insisted a 200.00$ refund was impossible as Dell.ca does not have price protection.

So I called Apeksha who I originally bought my M17x from, and asked if she could refund me 200.00$, she told me to give her 24/48 hours and she would see what she can do, sure enough she called me to tell me she got the 200.00$ credited back to my credit card, not to mention she also let slide an iffy EEP code that saved me 284.00 when I first purchased the M17x.

So thanks to her I saved 484.86 on my M17x, and on top of that she was friendly, easy to understand, and prompt with all my requests, so if you need a good rep who is easy to understand and willing to go the extra mile for you I have to recommend her.

The reps serve both Canadians and Americans, and it's pronounced exactly as it's spelt.

Do you have her toll free number and extension number? Normally that's the easiest way to get to a specific rep.

    Thanks

    Yea its for americans only.
If a rep is being annoying just hang up. Or do what I did, I online chatted a rep and he didnt even ask for an EPP Code i just said i was buying an an EPP he told me to place and order online without and he'll apply the price after checkout. (He did what he told me he would and i saved 260$ )

you do realize they add notes about you in your account so the next rep you talk to can see that you were a retarded person or hang up or were a overall annoying customer
