    How well should I run Gta 4 for PC with the spec in my signature also does the PC version have Multilplayer?

    should run OK, apparently it doesn't work so well with ATI cards.

    and yes it does have MP on PC.

    I get around 27-28 fps on everything maxxed out (but with 14 for view distance), and when I OC my GPU to 2.7ghz (from 2.4), I can hit 32 fps (using the ingame benchmark). Driving is choppy in some instances; it's smooth in areas with less buildings, choppy in the city, and inside buildings it speeds up.
