So I just upgraded to a 120GB OCZ SSD on my M17x R2 and I have a 500GB as the secondary drive. Before I had the SSD the system was RAID 0 (1TB, 500x2 drives).
The problem I'm having now is that Windows 7 won't recognize the secondary drive as a partition and it's saying that the drive is 1TB when it's really 500GB. I also booted my Acronis disk and reformatted the drive as NTFS and it recognizes it there as a perfectly healthy drive.

Well since you split your RAID 0 your going to need to change the BIOS from RAIN 0 to AHCI and than reinstall Win 7 onto the SSD. You may also want to reformat your secondary 500GB HDD since none of the info on it will do you any good.
