I know that the M5700 will house a second drive but there is some part required and I can't find out what is required or where to get it. Tech support says it is no longer available and "couldn't find it" listed anywhere. I have had nothing but problems with this unit since day one and even though I paid a lot of money for it my father's acer kicks its ***. Is there any way to under clock it so it runs cooler? Hope someone can help. Thank you. 3's

You can undervolt your computer (there is a guide somewhere on the forums about how to do this) which could keep it cooler. In addition, try calling up clevo and asking for the part.

Your M5700 = Clevo D900 (only difference is that you paid $$$$ for a Alien head).

Go to to the Clevo/Sager forums and ask for help there because there are not many people here using the D900K (m5700) here anymore.
