    I did a fresh install of Windows 7 , but left RECOVERY and FAT16 Partition in tact. THis is different from m17x-R2. Does anyone know how to do the Recovery for the m17x-R2 ? Thanks :confused:

    the problem is dell datasafe program you have to log in to windows then open dell datasafe that automatic restart the computer to boot in to the recovery partition
