    Okay,

    so I've spent 3 hours and haven't gotten anywhere with these guys stationed in the Philippines..

    How come I haven't been able to get an American operator? They aren't on as tight a leash as their outsourced counterparts are.

    It is Sunday though.. any ideas when I can and should call? I'm trying to get the best price possible. You understand... Thanks :D

    I noticed if you ask for an American operator they just reroute me to another non- American operator. Id be nice if people would share the extensions of operators that have been helpful.
