    Haggling with dell UK sales reps possible?

    Hi all,

    I've seen a buyers guide floating around however i think this is only relevant to the USA sales reps.

    I've tried phoning the UK sales with attempts to get discounts however no luck.
    Maybe the fact that the m15x system i was looking at already had a £280 discount on it already so they were only able to give a small additional discount.

    So any UK owner had luck with haggling to UK (indian based) sale reps?

    Unfortunatly no the gaming deal I purchased already had £380 of it I did however manage to get EPP discount after being advised to check into it thankfully to my suprise the company I work for was a qualifying partner this saved me an additional £200, beyond this I didn't do any additional haggling

    Thats the same one i'm after, sales rep did go ask his advisors after i commented on the competitors prices however he came back with only being able to offer £15 off the accidental damage if i wished to purchase it!
    Ahh well.

    was a business sales guy (apparently) but got about 20ish % off no clue if that's good...(m17x r2) your milage may vary - was a UK (Indian of course) sales rep
    was told multiple times they don't discount though - just need to keep on at them (in my case I mentioned a non dell laptop I was thinking of buying instead :) )
