I am just curious to see how many people have had their m11x fixed or exchanged...

...NBR forum statistics show 9 in 10 m11x users are happy with their laptop. (Not bad!)

How about editing the poll to something like

    Yes it was replaced
    Yes it was fixed
They attempted to fix it but failed
They did not fix or exchange it.

Yeah this poll doesn't give 9 out of 10 of us the option to vote.

You need an option of "I have no issues that need fixing"

They are sending me a replacement, but I have not received it yet, I am not sure what to vote.

Getting my screen replaced. The part has been shipped to the technician but he called me and told me that it looks like they sent him a hard drive lol.

My M11X arrived but it only showed 4GB ram when I had originally ordered 8GB - so I rang tech guys at Alienware who asked me to remove the back plating of my laptop and to my surprise - one of the 4gb ram modules had popped out lol - so I reinserted and now I have my actual 8gb restored :D apart from that, my M11X has been great... now I just gotta figure out where I get this so-called FREE game from Dell...

Well had a keyboard issue but that was such an easy fix for me and Dell didn't hassle me so I voted no problems.

Same here. And my EDD on that replacement when tracked jumps (hourly) +/- 20 days. They originally claimed new one at my door in 5-7 days, and that was on 3/3. so I'm tempted to vote 'has not replaced it' but I'm not all that bothered so long as it is exactly as perfect as the review units.

Perfect unit except for Kb and screen though, no Oc issues, no fan rattle, fan not very loud and does shut off just a few moments after exiting game, zero fan usage on IGP.

The new one just needs to do all of that without a wavy keyboard and screengaps.
