    The M17 arrived today. Nice to have a laptop that works. And the M17 is nice. Thannks Miguel for helping this get done.

    Here's what i got a couple years ago, as an example of times past.
    Hopefully it's better now.

    At that point i simply gave up, as it became blindingly clear that Jose wasn't reading anything and was just responding to keywords (i suspect, personally, that "Jose" is actually just a bot. I have no proof though). In any case suggesting that i clean the system in a reply to my email that i had overheating issues and had cleaned the system is amusing now, but rather frustrating then.

    Yeah... This was two and a half years ago.

    On another note, does Roswell still help you if you aren't the original owner of the laptop? The entire alienware site used to be (still is?) locked unless you're the original owner.
