    Hi!

    Just recieved my new Area-51 m17x and its ace!! Well one thing i have noticed is that in my command centre i can change the colours of everything apart from the keyboard! OK so i think to myself I have been a noob and not ordered the light up one!!!

    Looking closer at the keyboard the letters seem to be see through as though there may be lights there lol!!

    Am i dreaming that!

    What can i do!! I want lights!!

    Second thing -- trying to download the command centre 1.18..but the download fails half way through,,,,,any ideas?

    Sorry for such a naff first post!!

    check your order/invoice thingy to see if you got the lighted keyboard. i believe the unlighted keyboard also has "see-through" letters, so that's no indication.

    you could always order the lighted keyboard from AW if you want it so badly anyway.

    2 - is it easy to fit the illuminated keyboard?

    2. from what others have posted, and depending on your desire and skill level to do it yourself, it can be easy - just a plug for the lights i think. but if you are not sure about doing it yourself, you may desire to just send it back to have them do it.

    whizzo: you just needed to leave out "thingy" and it would have been fine... :D it just sounded neat to me... :)
