Can some one buy me two 9-cell smart bay batteries from AW, I got my m15x off ebay with no warranty (no tech support). SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will pay 250 dollars via PayPal for two batteries (73 dollars + shipping from tech support), or 120 dollars for each. and 250 dollars for a blu-ray burner. my ebay account is alvenyang123, and if you want to do it on ebay, I have no problem with that.
My email is Email removed for safety reasons

I really need the batteries. Thanks for all your help

the whole thing seems weird to me....while he may not have a warranty, i can not see why he can not call AW and order the items he is looking for...
unless AW requires proof of ownership to buy accessories....but i have not heard of that....

    :)

Maybe he doesn't get the customer discount. If AW sold it to him he would probably have to pay $150 for each plus shipping.

They will not give any support, even I want to pay the full price for the batteries, they will not let me have them. "Warranty cannot be transfered" from support team. And the original seller is too lazy to help me out. Come on, is there anyone can help me out..... Seriously need it.

m15x is cheaper on eBay, at least 500 dollars cheaper. however, nobody sells smart bay batteries on ebay.

if any one want to do it on ebay, I will pay money order (less risk compare to paypal) at front. I just contacted tech support, they do not have batteries in stock and I am not eligible to buy these accessories from them.

That is an amazing gamble for AW. One less disaster for them to worry about.
I can only hope you won't have any unfortunate disaster with your M15x.
I have a normal battery if you want, but I live in the UK.

It is hard to carry additional normal battery, smart bay is simply better. You can order it I can pay you at front.

I am not an AW costumer anymore. Can't help you there...
I wonder if AW will do something regarding your downclocking extreme CPU.

I strongly recommend you talking with AW for them to give you a warranty on that laptop you've got. It's crazy to have that laptop without any warranty.

Read about it and see if your product it's not legally under AW's warranty. I think it's quite weird that the warranty is not for the product but for the owner. Good luck, it's all I can say... You will probably need it.

Please keep in mind that Customer Service orders require a valid customer account.

When a system is purchased through Alienware, a customer account is created. This account and all information is unique to the buyer and as such, the warranty cannot be transferred. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Our Gear Shop is still open to all for component purchases, however batteries are not available on the Gear Shop.

I will try to help you out but you will have to wait to see if I can actually do this since it is kind of risky. If I do it I will have you probably send me a envelope with cash and then I will send the products. I will let you know when I get the chance to call them.

stone, you don't have an m15x... you think they'll sell you SB batteries? cuz if they do, alvenyang could just as well use the account for his m9700 to order...
