    Hi my alienware m15x arrow keys keep popping out. How do I fix them? :confused: Hopefully i dont have to spend tons of bucks cuz i already spent tons on this laptop :(

    just call AW and they will send you a new keyboard. once you recieve the new keyboard just send the old one back. its free since you are still under warranty.

    go to private message. then on the left will be send message

    private message is near the top right corner under Welcome, your name

    I think you won't be able to send PMs until you have reached a minimum number of posts on the forum. This is to avoid bots and other undesirable people PMing around.

    theres a second way where if you see the person's post just click their name and select send private message.
