So i'm debating between the these two laptops the specs for both are as follows:

    Alienware 13 - Model: AW13R2-8900SLV
    • Intel Core i7-6500U Processor 2.5GHz
    • NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M 2GB GDDR5
    • 16GB RAM
    • 500GB HDD
    • Microsoft Windows 10 Home 64-bit
    • Killer Gigabit Network
    • Killer 1535 802.11ac 2x2 Wireless
    • Bluetooth 4.1
    • 13.3" Full HD IPS Anti-glare Display
    Alienware 15
    • Model Number: Alienware 15 P42F
    • Screen Size: 15.6"
    • Screen: 1920x1080
    • Processor Type: Intel i7-4710HQ
    • Processor Speed: 2.50GHz
    • Memory:16GB
    • Hard Drive Capacity: 1TB HDD + 128GB SSD
    • Graphics: nVidia GeForce GTX 980M
I know the Alienware 13 is newer but the stronger graphics card is what is making me lean towards the 15. Both will cost roughly $800. is that even a fair price? please let me know your thoughts. portability of either laptop isnt a really big issue. and when docked at home i'm planning on getting the alienware amplifier as well.

    Apples and Oranges really.

The AW 13 is a ULV processor Laptop for good battery life and portability. $800 is too much imho. You should be able to get one with the GTX 965m or OLED for that price.
