Hello Guy's ,first of all I'm a beginner not an expert so any help would be appreciated .

My keyboard stopped working even in bios and in safe mood along with all the controls around it

Wireless Control , Alienware Command Center , volume ,etc

I teried everything , I removed the battery and pressed the power button for 20 sec

I tried to set the bios to default by Using an External USB Keyboard , But nothing it still dead .

it was working just fine but one day the ctrl button stopped working so i did a restart but

i found out that everything stopped after rebooting , But the Touchpad is ok .

I can find the keyboard in the device manager and it says that it's working

i did uninstall then reinstall for the keyboard driver also nothing

The Caps & Num lights is working during the windows start i really don't know what is the problem

and why the touch buttons at the top is not working they are on a different cable
i can't adjust the volume or eject a cd anymore .
the strange thing is that the power button is still working .

I would start with re-seating the keyboard cable on the motherboard. Also are you getting any light on the keyboard?

i don't think it's a cable problem since the buttons on top right side is not working as well and the Keyboard Frame is using a diffrent cable
also the small keyboard on the left side is not working , they all stopped working all together

there is also a different sign i don't know if it's related , the laptop turns on by it self every time i put the Ac cable without the battery ,

Then nothing happens just a black screen it won't even show any thing , i must turn it off then insert battery then the Ac cable in order to turn it on normally , so i can't open it at all if there is no battery .

That looks like a motherboard issue for me. Try to borrow used MoBo and try.

Might want to flash the latest bios, and ME to rule out bios corruption. All three are contained within the same fd file, either with the stock version or unlocked mod. Do change the platform.ini file a little to make sure ME is (re)flashed as well:
    Code:
    [UpdateOEMME]
    MEFileName=
    CheckVersion=2
Not sure if a blank file name works ... perhaps you'd have to enter the name of the .fd file itself once more? Perhaps someone with more AW bios experience can chip in ... The default is blank, at least, but that seems to indicate no ME update ever takes place with these systems+bioses as provided by Dell ...

It's also possible to simply place the ME firmware in the same folder as the bios and flash files and enter its filename in the ini, that'd also have a much more recent version than the one in the 2012 bios. The latest version for this system is probably the v7.1.80.1214 from this fantastically exhaustive thread, but do check it's v7.x now by running ME Analyzer (from the thread) or HWiNFO:

I see that you said that it started with the Ctrl button first. Try to see if the Ctrl is not stuck or something with that key that might be causing the whole issue.
