I am going to be returning my m9750 and all of its components back to Alienware in order to get my refund, I am just worried if my system will be damaged in the process because of what I will be packing into the box. I have the brown box that they sent me from the last time my computer came back from their depot. They want me to send back everything I got with the laptop including the power brick. Is it safe for me to include the power brick in that brown box? I believe a technician reassured me it was alright to do so, but I just want to be certain.

TLDR; if you have returned your whole system back to Alienware including the powerbrick and mousepad etc. what did you send it back in, and how did you pack it?

Usually the original packing that you received it from is what you should be returning all of the components in, that is also what Alienware want you to do because that is how they fitted everything safely into the box to minimize potential damages. Also do not forget to insure your shipment when you are sending it out so if it gets damages or lost you dont have to pay fees.

didnt you get a seperate box with all the extras in. if not go buy lots of bubble rap to protect the computer from all the lose bits in the box.
dont forget not to seal the box until the courier driver has checked it first.

How long have you had your m9750? And how many times have you had to send it back before?

Just curious as mine is in being repaired for the first time!

As for packing, ideally use the original box(s) otherwise just till it with scrumpled paper, bubble wrap or those little wotsits
