This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Can anyone give me the target for the

    My pc information shortcut

    Mine is currently opening an XML file in my docs...I've got an Alienware x51... It suddenly stopped working.

    it may also be worth noting that the c:\users\public\documents\ folder contains an xml, slx file and a few pics (one of which is the top of a classified doc?!?)

    any help to get this working again would be appreciated

    It's %windir%\system32\msinfo32.exe

    You can also find it by typing "msinfo32" or "system information" in your start menu.
