Hinge Break +1 !!!

Well it had to happen eventually. Its almost the 1st year anniversary of my m15x and the hinge is starting to break. It isnt too bad at the moment but I still want to take care of it before it gets really screwed up. Its the hinge on the left above the CPU thats cracking. There isnt too much of a gap between the black and silver plates but there is a thin white piece of plastic hanging out of it, so Im assuming that it is the same as the hinge breakage issues we have seen before and the gap will eventually widen.

I was just wondering what the procedure was for this. Do I call them and tell them that I have the hige breakage issue and they will send someone from DHL to collect it ? Do I need to repack it in the original box or something (just the laptop obviously) and can I remove my Hard Disc and the RAM I installed ?
Im in the UK so does anyone know what kind of turnaround Im looking at ? Is it possible to get AW to send me the parts and replace it myself to save time ? Would it be possible to switch to Skullcap ? (not really a big deal)

 

Call up roswell (1-866-ROS-WELL) and tell them about it. They will email you a fedex slip which you put on the box you ship it back to and fedex will even come and pick it up. After that you just wait. GL with your m15x..

 

Or, order a replacement top panel from the ebay user: CyberInfinity and replace it yourself ;D
