E-wrecked already made a great guide how to oc the extreme, non extreme cpus and the gpus. He used AMD GPU CLOCK TOOL for the gpus. Works great for me.

yes but it does not work past 8.10 which is what makes this so AWsome you can use the better cross fire profiles and over clock those instead of having to go all they way back to 8.10 driver

yap, works great. very nice app really. but no fans or voltage like you said but that was asking too much.
Didn't known I could overclock non extreme cpu's though...

I wasn't aware of that issue. I've been focused on the sound and shuttering problem. and I didn't play around seriously with the gpu's yet

tried this tool a while ago, me and don already stated that overclocking the 3870's yields no performance improvement, we still dont know why

tried this tool a while back too. Funny thing is that when I try to find the max clocks, the core can go all the way up to 800+mhz (I stopped it because I was afraid it would go overboard). When testing them and such, it seems fine, but when I hit the apply button, computer starts acting up (freezes, restarts, etc.)

No worries, I tested. I went away from the notebook for a while, when I came back it showed 1400mhz clock speed... lol impossible... something is really wrong

well the max clocks doesn't work fully but at least it over clock :)

the only time you will get a performance boost is if the laptop is being played at a high resolution and the GPU's are the bottle neclk. At low resolutions the CPU is the bottleneck
