I ran into the same problem, and was only able to fix it by uninstalling YouCam. That did the trick, of course, but it doesn't do you much good if you actually want YouCam on your computer.
I would assume there must be a setting somewhere in YouCam's options. -

I asked this question a while back and and everyone on the forum helped me out with it so I will pass it on to you, all you have to do is disable Cyberlink as a startup program through msconfig.

How can i delete the CyberLink YouCam shortcut?? every time i delete it , it comes back when i restart the laptop??
