    i opened it a second time and looked where t told me whizzo btt when i turn on my laptop only the alien head the keyaoard and the touchpad light up but the screen will not how can i fix this problem
    is this a battery low problem
    also thescreen attracted a metal object is that the cause of the problem i just bought this laptop and was afraid this would happen is my laptop broken while i was in there i put everything back in its place and i did not damage anything please help

    Call it beginners luck, with a just bought M15x and with a voided warranty on top of it.

    Somethings need thinking about real hard or in some cases not at all.

    sounds like you dislodged your screen connector .... or fryied you video card

    turn off the computer after you plug it in and hold down the right mouse button on the touch pad until it turns on and let us know

    i'd say dislodged the video connector. reseat it, there's a guide on AW's site.
