I just got my Alienware 18 and cannot remember how to enable my touch pad back light to stay on permanently like I have on my 14. Can anyone help me?

    Thanks.

Check "Keep Status Zones On" by right-clicking on the AlienHead that's on the taskbar.

Go into the BIOS and change it from "Auto" to "On" and it will stop that silly behavior of turning itself off with inactivity.
