I wanted to remove the recovery partition since I have a recovery USB. How do I delete the recovery partition? Also, will I have to restore my system?

You realize if you delete the recovery partition you will no longer be able to do the F8 Alienware Respawn recovery right?
You can go to Disk Management and delete it from there. -

If you have a Linux Live disc handy, you can use GParted or download the GParted iso and rip it to a CD.

Or simply delete it in the disk management section like Tsunade said or when you install Windows.

Another vote for GParted.
Otherwise you can open a command prompt in windows.
Type Diskpart
> List volume or list disk if you have mulitple HDD's.
>select volume (#)
> Delete Volume
Then select your C:\ drive volume and extend it. Do the extend through GUI if you find it easier.
