you need an alienware computer. they will give you an account number when you recieve the computer. it will be in the black binder on the left side. there is a white card that shine rainbow colors. the agent number is your account number

Alienware might be able to look it up for you. Just give them a call.

you bought your pc directly from AW right? If you buy a desktop from them you are suppose to get a binder too. Well at least in the U.S you are suppose to get a binder. i dont know about other countries.

On your desktop you have a file called "My alienware" or something like this.
    I think it's a PDF.
You should be able to find your number there.

the number is in that file at the top of the page under the classified header.
the binder is like a leather filofax folder. their is an introduction in there with all the AW contact numbers. also all your back up discs are stored in there. the white credit card should be found in a slot in the front of the folder.
if you did not get this you need to contact CS with your order number. this is the number you received when you first ordered your computer.

    what machine did you get?

Also... how long ago did you get it? When you get your computer you need to make sure that everything on the order form is included and if not, contact them within like 7 days or something.

You should have like 3 pieces to your order form as well... one of them being a checklist to what is included. If you do not have this, I would contact them immediately because after that time period is up, there is nothing they can do.
