I have tried wiping the screen off with a lint less cloth thing but the smudges and dots wont go away!! If any of you have any advice please reply. Im also wondering how would you clean the rest of the laptop like the palm rest the touchpad keyboard and other things like that.

Have you moistened the cloth with water? I would strongly recommend against using chemicals. Many people have completely ruined their LCD screens even with cleaning solutions meant for electronics.

Eh, I normally use a microfiber cloth with a dab of water on it. Just get the cloth moist enough in one area of the cloth so you could clean whatever is sticking to your keyboard (but make sure it's not wet to the point where it would start dripping).

If you don't have a microfiber cloth on hand, I suppose it's alright to use a normal cloth as well. Just make sure it's not too wet. You wouldn't want water leaking into the keyboard, now would you?
