I've done a bit of digging and am getting conflicting results. A few says the air is sucked in above the keyboard, which doesn't seem possible, and others say the air is sucked in via the bottom, which seems more true.
I'm planning to get an Antec Notebook 200 Cooler, which sucks air from the bottom and blows it to the base. Assuming the m17x sucks air from the bottom anyway, this should help its airflow majorly?
If I am wrong can someone correct me![]()

You are talking about two Laptops. Mine suck air from the top. Frist Gen. of M17x. If you go on alienware you will see two differnt M17x. One with hot swap bay which is what I have and the Newer verson that is 2 hard drive. and can use Quad core.
The other thing is GPU and CPUs. My laptop can only go up to 2.8 ghz. -
The Allpowerful sucks air in from the base.

Thanks AtolSammeek, I honestly forgot about the first gen m17x! That never crossed my mind as a possibility.
Thanks for the confirmation EviLCorsaiR, looks like this antec will work with it nicely then by blowing more air to the base for it to suck, probably fresher air too.
I want minimal dust in the laptop the moment I turn it on, and to keep it cool even more despite the existing cooling being very good. More can't hurt. Extending life of the laptop, etc. -
Crylo NZXT LX is what you want to look for.

Yes Marvie we all know that the LX is a good cooler, but it'd be good to see how the Antec 200 stacks up with its 'big boy' fan.
How does the m17x (All Powerful) suck air in? Base of laptop or above the keyboard? Planning to buy the Antec 200 Cooler for it.
