Alienware-James Company Representative
Our forums site is available to US/Canada customers at this time. In addition to monitoring NBR, we are always working with our internal forums. Within the forums you can speak directly with other Alienware customers, as well.
Check them out: http://support.alienware.com -
But it's nice to see that their are site reps in NBR from AW, i love it! -
you have to setup an account with them. To do that you need your account number which you'll receive when you get your machine. Trust me your not missing out on much that forum is heavily moderated in the tech support forum your post has to be approved before they will let others see it. You won't find many people there
-
Probably better off just chatting here with the alienware reps\people here.
-
If you want to get in touch with an AW-Warner or AW- Mauricio at the official forums they are very helpful and knowledgable. Here is find too, just beware of what you hear.

i dont think opening it to the public would be a good idea.
part of the benefit for that is that fact you are a customer and are able to utilize a service set aside for owners only.
you also (not 100%) keep out the rif-raf per se.
that said, i thought AW had a forum that was available to all....but maybe i am mistaken... -
yeah but it's not even open to non-north-americans...
How is AWs forum from their site?
